  Image Source Arizona State University has been known as a party school for years.   It’s   probably the  first thing  many  people think about when they hear “ASU. ”  This has mad e a lot  of future college students  not take  them seriously and  not  want to attend there.  What many people  don’t  realize is that ASU is more than just their  reputation;  they are actually  a pretty good  college and here  I’ll  explain why.    First of all , if you live in Arizona, you might have seen advertisements  a ll over  the state   about how ASU is ranked #1 for innovation.  According to  HELLOUNI ,  “ The institution is renowned for research, industry connections, and forward-thinking programs. ”  This explains that ASU is heavily focused  on  creating the  best and  top education for  their  students. Entry #9: The problem with food waste

  Image Source When we think about the problems in the food industry, we mostly think about factory farming,  contamination , and processed  foods,  but we  don’t  really think about the food being wasted o r at  least,  I  don’t .   It is one of the biggest problems in  the food  system  and it happens  everywhere,  such  as in  our kitchens and at restaurants.  Every year so much food gets wasted because of us  and it  causes challenges to the environment.  The picture above shows how food waste happens all around the world and it's not going to the people who need it.  We  don’t  always pay attention to this ,  but wasting food does a lot of damage to our  world,  which is why we need to t alk about it more.     So, what causes food waste? Entry #8: What it's like to be left-handed

          Image Source Did you know that only about 1 0% of the world is  left-handed ? Well,  I’m  glad to say that  I’m  one of the 10%!   All my life,  I’ve  always thought being left-handed was coo l ,  especially since left-handed females are rarer and I still  do  to this day !  But it does have some struggles.   I f you've  ever met someone who writes with their left  hand, you  might  just  know about the challenges we face  with everyday tools  that are  designed for right-handed people and how this affects  us  lefties .  If not,  I’ll  show you how.   Because of how  there’s  more right-handed people in the world than those who are left-handed,  us  lefties have more trouble  using  everyday   things .  One example of this  includes can  openers.
